Outriders is one of the many games on Steam that has caught the attention of gamers. People Can Fly just announced that Outriders requires an RTX 3080 in order to run Ultra settings.
Previously, the developer did not specify which GPU can run this game at the highest settings.
RTX 3080 for Outriders Ultra Setting
Outriders is a game with the highest setting at 2160p with 60 FPS. This game requires 70GB of storage space with GTX 750Ti as the minimum requirement and GTX 1070 8GB for the specifications that the developer recommends.
Referring to the available information, players can run Outriders in Ultra settings with several conditions. One of the requirements is that the GPU that the player is using is RTX 3080 which is the highest lineup in the RTX family. In addition, the RAM they need is 8GB but 16GB is a recommendation from People Can Fly.
Interestingly, Outriders does not require a very high CPU. Intel i5-3470 can already play this game at the lowest setting. Meanwhile, the i7-7700 is the CPU that People Can Fly recommends. Finally, there is the i7-10700k which is a recommendation for you RTX 3080 users. To run this game, players only need to use DirectX 11.
Looking at the specs Outriders need, it’s definitely not that surprising for a AAA game in 2021. Unfortunately, GPUs like the RTX 3080 are pretty hard to find given the boom in Bitcoin mining. Even so, fans can still play this game with low settings.
